Do you ever feel stuck, like you’re at war within in yourself? Do you find yourself coping in ways that seem to make things worse? Are you often really hard on yourself?
You’re in the right place.
I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help you connect with the different “parts” of yourself, so you can begin to understand, heal, and live with more ease and self-compassion. IFS is an evidence-based approach that sees all parts of you as having good intentions—even the ones that cause distress. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore your inner world, build trust with your parts, and discover the calm, confident Self that’s already within you.
In addition to my IFS work, I also have training and experience using Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness based interventions. I am happy to work collaboratively with you to find a treatment plan that works for you.

Couples Counselling
ACCEPTING NEW COUPLES STARTING IN DECEMBER 2025.
Looking for someone to support you and your partner through challenging patterns, communication difficulties and/or conflict? Reach out and we can chat about my couples counselling services. Similar to my individual approach, I use IFS with couples and I also having training in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples. I offer services to couples of all genders and orientations. I am queer/trans affirming and poly-affirming.
Couples sessions can be booked online starting in January 202. Additionally, I offer free 15 minute consultation sessions to couples if they want to chat with me before committing to a session.
