ACCEPTING NEW INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS STARTING IN OCTOBER 2025

Do you ever feel stuck, like you’re at war within in yourself? Do you find yourself coping in ways that seem to make things worse? Are you often really hard on yourself?

You’re in the right place.

I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help you connect with the different “parts” of yourself, so you can begin to understand, heal, and live with more ease and self-compassion. IFS is an evidence-based approach that sees all parts of you as having good intentions—even the ones that cause distress. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore your inner world, build trust with your parts, and discover the calm, confident Self that’s already within you.

In addition to my IFS work, I also have training and experience using Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness based interventions. I am happy to work collaboratively with you to find a treatment plan that works for you.
